New York City, Rewritten
The City Is full
of side quests
Nexpeditions transforms New York City into a living story
through comic-inspired urban adventures. Explore neighborhoods, architecture, culture, public space, sustainability, hidden history, and
the details most people walk past.
You are not just taking a tour. You are accepting a mission.
What Is a Side Quest?
Not a Tour. A Mission Through the City.
Every Nexpeditions SideQuest is a guided, small-group urban adventure built around a real New York place, system, story, or question.
You will explore, observe, photograph, uncover Easter Eggs, take on Hero Challenges, meet new people, and leave with proof that you were part of the story.

$59 per person · 12–15 explorers
A focused, story-rich walking mission through one Manhattan neighborhood or compact area.
Hero SideQuests are the entry point into Nexpeditions: approachable, highly walkable, and built around the places, people, architecture, culture, and hidden stories that make a neighborhood matter.
What makes it different:
One place, explored deeply. A Hero mission teaches participants how to look closer at a part of New York they may think they already know. -
$79 per person · 12–15 explorers
A larger, deeper expedition connecting multiple adjacent areas through one major city system, idea, or question.
Superhero SideQuests explore subjects such as sustainability, climate, transportation, infrastructure, adaptive reuse, architecture, public space, and the future of cities.
What makes it different:
You are not simply moving through more locations. You are following a larger narrative and learning how those places connect. -
$69–$79 per person · 12–15 explorers
An outer-borough expedition through Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, or Staten Island.
Antihero Side Quests leave the obvious path to explore neighborhood identity, local culture, independent businesses, industrial history, music, art, immigration, waterfronts, architecture, and urban transformation.
What makes it different:
Antihero is defined by where the mission goes. It expands the Nexpeditions map beyond the conventional Manhattan story. -
Free–$9 per person · 20–30+ explorers
A hosted social and professional gathering for people who want to meet, collaborate, and become part of the Nexpeditions community.
Super Team is not a traditional tour. It is where the Nexpeditions universe becomes a network.
What makes it different:
The main destination is connection. The event may include a venue, a conversation, a workshop, a social activity, or a featured guest—but the value is the people in the room. -
$89–$99 per person · 10–12 explorers
21+A smaller, more atmospheric Side Quest built for the city at night.
Vigilante missions can happen in Manhattan or the outer boroughs. They are defined by time, mood, and a more mature social experience.
What makes it different:
The city changes after dark. Vigilante missions use that energy intentionally—through nightlife, mood, conversation, performance, food, architecture, or hidden nighttime stories. -
$99+ per person · Mission-specific capacity
The experimental branch of Nexpeditions.
Villain SideQuests can be theatrical, mysterious, strategic, fictionalized, investigation-based, heist-inspired, immersive, or entirely genre-bending.
What makes it different:
The concept leads. A Villain mission is not defined by a borough, time of day, or walking distance—it is defined by an experience that asks participants to play by different rules.
